Instructions Regarding Fee Payment, Class Attendance for Short Courses & Certifications
Dear Students,
You are advised to carefully read and comply with the following important instructions related to certificates, fee payment, and attendance requirements.
Certificates
Please ensure that Student’s Name and Father’s Name are written correctly and clearly in the registration form. Certificates will be issued strictly as per the information provided in the submitted form.
In case of wrong entries in the form, Duplicate Certificate charges will be applied.
Fee Payment
Students who have opted for instalment payment of their course fee are required to clear all remaining instalments within four (4) weeks from the commencement date of the course.
Failure to clear dues within the stipulated period will result in removal from the WhatsApp group and termination of class participation.
Only the WhatsApp number mentioned in the registration form will be added to the official course group.
Please note that no refund will be issued after the commencement of the session, under any circumstances.
Attendance
Students attending classes online must join each session using their proper registered name.
Participants joining with unregistered email ids or incorrect names will not be permitted to enter the online session.
A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to be eligible for the course completion certificate.
